Marion brings skills from a variety of life experiences. She worked for the City of Philadelphia for 29 years, beginning in the Recycling Office and ending as the IT Director for the Streets Department, where she was instrumental in the City’s GIS development and implementing workflow applications. Marion left the city to follow her passion for solar energy and electric vehicles, participating in Northwest Philly Solar Coop, Solarize Southeast PA, PA Solar Future, Drive Electric Pennsylvania Coalition, and The Clean Energy Coop, where she serves as a board member.

Marion has a PMP certification and was a licensed electrician in West Virginia. She holds a BA in Biology from Harvard University and an MEd in Science from Temple University.
