An impact-driven executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the sustainable and deregulated energy sectors, James has a proven track record in driving business expansion and revenue growth. A thought leader in decarbonization strategies, James has successfully led teams and collaborated with stakeholders to close complex transactions and align business objectives with sustainability goals.

In a previous role as CEO of Grid Energy Exchange, James facilitated over $220 million in clean energy transactions and spearheaded innovative distributed energy solutions. Currently serving as a Board Member at Realize Inc, James plays a key role in strategic partnerships and decarbonization efforts, particularly in carbon credit monetization and green energy initiatives.

James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Texas Business School.
