As Operations Leader, Clay manages electric vehicle charging, partner supply chain, and client delivery functions for Green Bridge. Prior to this role, Clay spent over 15 years with high-tech and electric vehicle industries as a co-founder of fleet electrification company XL Fleet, head of customer operations at Formlabs, and as the EV charging operations lead for 7-Eleven.

Clay holds a master’s degree in supply chain management from MIT and a BA from Trinity College in Connecticut. In his personal time, Clay enjoys playing pickup basketball, coaching his three daughters in both basketball and lacrosse, and skiing with friends and family.
